We do not have an online shop for now. So once you choose the hirn® that fits your need, simply press the button underneath it and send us an email. Kindly provide the topic of your analysis as well as the format of your data. We will use that information to set up a contract that we will in return send to you. Of course we will also let you know when you can expect your analysis to be ready. If you find our offer to your liking, simply sign and we will get started (once we received your data). Pretty neat, right?

We are pragmatics at heart. Would you like us to download your data from a shared folder? Sure, works for us. You would like to send the data via email? Perfect, go right ahead. You are unsure of what to do and would like us to make a suggestion? Also fine! Just let us know how you would like to us to access your data when requesting the hirn® for you. Because without data there will be no analysis!

The longer version: We handle data with the greatest of care. You can rest assured that your data is secure and cannot be accessed by third parties. Your data and its security and integrity is important to us.

Once you receive the results of your analysis, your data is kept safe on our server for 30 days. Why? Because we want to be able to answer any questions you might have in regards to the analysis. After those 30 days your data is deleted.

The prices for our three brains are as follows:
- 5'000 CHF for a little hirn® (includes up to 3GB of data)
- 11'000 CHF for a fair amount hirn® (includes up to 9GB of data)
- 16'500 CHF for a lot of hirn® (includes up to 15GB of data)

Well, to be perfectly honest - we are not psychic. Unless you tell us what you would like us to do, we will not be able to make you that irresistible offer. Communication is key. But no need to worry! We keep our processes lean and are able to create offers at the drop of a hat, as soon as your requirements are clear.

You would like to order an analysis and are unsure how long you must wait for it? A lot of things factor into the timeline: the amount of data that needs to be analyzed, the complexity of your question, the amount of coffee our data scientist are able to consume, and many more! Once you order your analysis we will give you a fixed delivery date. And just so you get a general idea - a small analysis may be done in under 2 weeks. Larger ones might take three times as long.

AI or artificial intelligence is a big buzzword. And that is also how we see it: a lot of buzz. As software engineers, tech aficionados, data scientists and pragmatists we know that true intelligence can only be found within our own brains. Not in the working of machines.

Why? Well, for one a machine is trained to perform a certain task. Granted, depending on the task, a machine might deliver better results than a human could. On the other hand it is only able to perform the task it was trained to perform. So it has something that you might call a narrow intelligence. A machine trained to distinguish between dogs and muffins will not be able to analyze your finance reports. The only thing this machine or ai will find out is that your finance reports probably does not contain any dogs or muffins. But with our experience and brain power we are able to connect the dots and discover patterns.

We are a Swiss company that specializes in data services. With hirn® we created a product that allows us to offer Data Analysis as a Service (DAaaS). The data we use for the analysis is stored on servers in Switzerland and is also analyzed there. Sometimes we need to get some extra power though. Then we buy extra CPU that might be on servers outside of Switzerland. But not to worry - your data is only on that server for a short amount of time. Once the calculations are done, you data is moved back to our servers and deleted from the other.
